Since 1972, Paces Properties has developed distinctive retail and mixed-use destinations that become part of everyday life.
From adaptive reuse to new construction, we take a design-driven, hands-on approach to creating places with lasting character.
How we think about development
Design excellence
Great architecture and thoughtful planning create lasting value. We focus on every detail, from materials and proportions to sightlines and how a space feels at different times of day. That level of craft is what makes a place people return to.
Community connection
Our projects are designed for people first, with active streets, walkable blocks, and connections that strengthen the surrounding neighborhood. The best developments become gathering places — somewhere to spend an afternoon with no particular reason to be there. Success to us is when people naturally want to linger and local businesses thrive.
Entrepreneurial spirit
We pursue distinctive projects that stand apart in their markets. Ones that require creativity and expertise to deliver. Combined with a highly curated tenant mix, our projects are designed to give people something to discover rather than something they expect.
